To celebrate the end of the season, the annual Doubles Christmas Classic took place at the Yellownife Racquet Club. This year, 16 players participated to make 8 teams playing in two round-robin pools finishing with a play off of the top and bottom teams. Congratulations to Brooke Harker and Anna Coles, this year's winning team. They played a consistent, high-paced game, almost easily overcoming their oppononents. Of special note, this was Anna's first time playing doubles, but she took to it like a fish takes to water, hitting fantastic shots and adeptly returning tough shots from the opposing team. Congratulations to all!
